A note from
Jeanette
My family loves fixing
dumpy houses and transforming them into enchanted dollhouses.
We fix up “doghouses”
using my radical Interior Design
Psychology.
Because my husband
Brian needed to help me care for our daughter, he quit teaching
full-time and started fixing houses to resell. Finding bargain
houses wasn't as hard as financing them. We thought we had perfect
credit and were shocked to find out otherwise. So, we were forced
into learning the ins and outs of credit scores, mortgage
qualifications, and how to finance multiple
properties.
Now that our daughter is
well, I enjoy teaching part-time. I share our successful real estate
investment strategies in college courses and workshops. Many of my
students encountered credit problems, so I researched credit repair,
interviewed lenders to find out what to do after bankruptcy, and
expanded the Credit Help chapter from “Doghouse to Dollhouse for Dollars: Using Design Psychology to Increase Real Estate
Profits.”
I love sharing Design
Psychology and also teach interior design students. One class I'm
excited about is "Color Theory and Psychology" at the University of
California in Riverside.
At first, I planned to give
Credit Help! Get the Credit You Need to Buy
Real Estate
away free, but it took so much time to
research and my family deserves payment for my time. Besides, when
you buy a home with your improved credit, you will thank me for the
hundreds of dollars you saved on loan costs. And, if you're buying
your first home or tenth investment property, you're going to make a
lot of money.
I want everyone to get the
credit they need to buy a home, especially those people buying their
first home. I know the joy of fixing up your own home.
Readers ask how I can
write so many books in a year. The answer is: my husband
cooks.
Creating
stained glass is one of my passions.
"Everlasting Love
Window."

Thank you
for reading about us.
Joy to
you!
